We're a growth agency group doing ambitious work across content, social, and growth for clients including Nike, Converse, The Infatuation, Zagat, and the world's largest combat robotics league. Two roles are open in London right now.

Who we're looking for

Role 01 · Content Production

Creative Producer

London Full-time Hybrid

Run projects from first idea to final export across social and video content that helps businesses grow: ideation, pre-production, shoot days, and post, across multiple clients at once.

Full roleClose

We're looking for a Creative Producer to run projects across a range of clients, with a particular focus on social and video content that helps businesses grow. You'll own work from the first idea to the final export: ideation, pre-production, shoot days, and post, keeping quality high and timelines honest across multiple accounts at once.

You'll sit at the centre of our content studio and social teams, translating client growth goals into content that's platform-native, produced to a high standard, and delivered on time. Because our work embeds deeply with clients, much of what we do is confidential. What we can say: it moves fast, it ships often, and it has to perform.

What you'll do

  • Lead ideation and creative development with clients and internal teams, turning briefs (or blank pages) into concepts that serve a growth objective
  • Own pre-production end to end: treatments, scripts, budgets, schedules, casting, locations, crew, and kit
  • Produce shoots of varying scale, from run-and-gun social capture to multi-camera studio productions
  • Manage post-production: briefing editors, reviewing cuts, managing feedback rounds, and driving deliverables to final across formats and platforms
  • Act as the day-to-day production contact for your clients, building trust and anticipating what they need before they ask
  • Keep multiple projects moving in parallel, managing budgets, resources, and freelance talent
  • Work closely with our social and growth teams so what we make is built to perform, not just to look good

What we're looking for

  • A minimum of 6 years producing video and social content in an agency, studio, or in-house team
  • A track record of taking projects from ideation through to post-production, not just one slice of the pipeline
  • Fluency in social-first content: you know what works on TikTok, Reels, YouTube, and X, and why
  • Strong client instincts. Comfortable presenting ideas, managing feedback, and holding a creative line under pressure
  • Excellent organisation across budgets, schedules, and multiple simultaneous projects
  • A working knowledge of post workflows (edit, colour, sound, motion) and how to brief and manage them well
  • Bonus: on-set experience across both scrappy and larger-scale productions, and a freelance network you trust

What you'll get

  • A seat inside a group that spans content, social, growth, and consulting, with room to work across all of it
  • Clients and projects that range from global brands to live sport and entertainment properties
  • A team that values craft and outcomes in equal measure
  • Competitive salary and hybrid working from our Fitzrovia office

Role 02 · Social Media

Social Media Manager

London Full-time Hybrid

Live in the publishing side of social: take video content from our studio and grow audiences across YouTube, Meta, TikTok, and X, owning scheduling, packaging, and community for accounts that never sleep.

Full roleClose

We're looking for a Social Media Manager who lives in the publishing side of social. You'll take video content from our studio and get it in front of the right audiences across YouTube, Meta, TikTok, and X, owning scheduling, packaging, community engagement, and the daily rhythm of accounts that never sleep.

This role is especially suited to someone who has grown or managed sports, entertainment, or fan-based communities: audiences with real passion, real opinions, and real expectations of the accounts they follow. Our portfolio includes the National Havoc Robot League, the largest combat robotics league in the world, where we run live production, social strategy, and audience growth.

What you'll do

  • Own the publishing calendar across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X for a portfolio of clients
  • Package video content for each platform: cutdown briefs, titles, thumbnails, captions, hashtags, and posting times that actually move numbers
  • Manage community engagement daily, including replies, comments, DMs, and the judgement calls that come with a vocal fanbase
  • Spot moments in real time: jump on trends, react to live events, and know when a reply is worth more than a post
  • Work with our producers and editors to feed platform insight back into what gets made
  • Track performance across platforms, report on what's working, and turn analytics into recommendations
  • Help shape channel strategy: cadence, formats, series, and community rituals that build loyal audiences over time
  • Support live coverage for event-based clients, including some evening and weekend moments when the action happens

What we're looking for

  • A minimum of 4 years managing social channels professionally for brands, organisations, or clients, with publishing and engagement as your core responsibility (not just strategy decks)
  • Experience gained in an agency, in-house, or club/league environment. This is a professional publishing role, so a background built solely on running your own personal or influencer channels will not be the right fit
  • Demonstrable experience growing audiences from video content: you know how a YouTube title, a TikTok hook, and a Reels cover differ, and why
  • Experience with a sports, gaming, entertainment, or fan-based brand, somewhere with a community that talks back
  • Native fluency across YouTube, Meta, TikTok, and X, including their scheduling, analytics, and community tools
  • Sharp copy instincts: fast, funny, and on-voice in the space of a caption
  • Comfortable with live, reactive social around events
  • Data-literate: you check the numbers before and after you post
  • Bonus: basic editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar) for quick-turn packaging

What you'll get

  • Front-row involvement with fan-driven properties, including live event coverage for the world's largest combat robotics league
  • A team that treats social as a craft, backed by a full production studio and growth agency
  • Room to shape channel strategy, not just execute it
  • Competitive salary and hybrid working from our Fitzrovia office
